Henex received, on December 7th, 2007, a notification from its shareholders acting in concert, Union Financière Boël S.A. and Société de Participations Industrielles S.A., in accordance with article 74, § 7 of the law of April 1st, 2007 on takeover bids. In this declaration, it appears that on August 31st, 2007 these companies have reached an agreement in concert related to more than 30% of shares with voting right of Henex S.A. and Glaces de Moustier-sur-Sambre S.A., merged on October 9th, 2007. Because of this merger, the shareholding acting in concert, within the meaning of the law of April 1st, 2007 is the following:

Dated June 10, 2008, Henex received a notification made
by the companies Union Financière Boël S.A. and Société de
Participations Industrielles S.A., acting in concert in accordance with
the law of April 1, 2007 on takeover bids.
In this declaration, it appears that modifications of the number of
shares and percentages held in Henex S.A. by its
shareholders acting in concert within the framework of the above mentioned law occured because of
the decision of Henex S.A. to cancel 1.190.065 of its own shares, as
decided in an extraordinary general assembly of June 9, 2008. Within the
framework of their mutual agreement made on August 31, 2007, the
shareholders acting in concert now hold Henex S.A. shares in the following
proportions:
