The extraordinary general meeting of January 31, 2007 had cancelled 125.000 own actions which the company held on that date.

In addition, following the merger between the former s.a. Henex which occurred on October 9, 2007, the company holds at December 31, 2007, 1.187.065 own shares, representing 7,565 % of the total equity.

Please note, that the above-mentioned general meeting has also authorized the Board of directors to acquire own actions to an amount of 10 % maximum of the total number of emitted shares.
